open carb mods

if ur hurc has a vibrator its self, wel maybe its ur air filter box. try to think, why the hurc manifold is a curve type, maybe it was design to avoid d carb not to contact on the frames, or for the air velocity intake to the cylinder head? and why the rubber pipe from carb to air filter box is not design as straight type? its also curve type, maybe designed for ease of fixing n mounting, but i think its also for air velocity intake principle, so if u decide to mods ur carb, replace ur air filter with the generic kind with curve design(mashroom type). if u open ur muffler, ur machine demand for more air, so u must open ur carb.(thanks for sir dzdz air velocity principle)
reminder: standard adjustment of air in the carb is 1.5 turns, if u open ur pipe u need to open the air to 1.5 add'l turns, dn if u open ur carb another 1.5 turns. standard rpm is always 1500.

sa pagkaka-alam ko is ang open carb ay ung napalitan na ng air cleaner/filter....post nmn po ng pic ng mc nyo sir...

clockwise s close, counter clockwise is open. stock standart adjustment ng carb is 1.5 turns(540 degrees). if u mods to open ur muffler, ur hurc need more air sa carb so additional adjustment to open, 1.5 turns uli, if u mods ur air filter additional turns uli (1.5) to open. so if ur carb n muffler are opened ur carb adjustment on air is 4.5 open turns. but before hand dapat malinis ung pin ng air sa carb, hindi mo maayos yan kung my carbon ung pin kasi barado xa, n another guide, if u use the engine break dapat walang back fire ung muffler or else kulang ung air mo sa carb, dapat walang ni slight na bk fire, humming lng ang sound sign of gud adjustment n walang amoy gas ang exhaust air ng muffler, thats all i got, hop 8 helps a lot.
